MediPharm Labs Announces Trading Date on the Toronto Stock Exchange

MediPharm Labs Corp. (TSXV: LABS) (OTCQX: MEDIF) (FSE: MLZ) (“MediPharm Labs” or the “Company”) a global leader in specialized, research-driven cannabis extraction, distillation, purification and cannabinoid isolation, is pleased to announce that its common shares are expected to begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) on Monday, July 29, 2019 under the symbol “LABS”. At that time, MediPharm Labs’ common shares will be voluntarily delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange.

A market open ceremony with MediPharm Labs will be announced.
